CURRIED CHICKEN SALAD
Chunks of chicken, apple, grape, celery and onion are mixed together with a medium spiced curried mayo.

This tangy salad bursts with Mediterranean flavours. Olives, feta, onion, arugula & roasted tomatoes tossed together in a sun dried tomato vinaigrette.

ASIAN SPINACH SALAD (V)
Baby spinach, mushrooms, water chestnuts, sugar snap peas, red onion, bean sprouts and sesame seeds are tossed with a soy dressing.

This versatile salad pairs beets with the best in seasonal fruit. Add some goat cheese, spiced nuts and my flavourful dressing and you'll wish you had a bigger plate.

A beautiful combination of different types of tomatoes, bocconcini cheese, fresh basil and red onion on a bed of mixed greens.

THAI MANGO SALAD (V) (GF)
Green mango's are marinated in a chili, lime and cilantro vinaigrette. This tart, spicy salad is served over a bed of mixed greens and finished with red pepper, cucumber, red onion and cashew.

This lovely refreshing summer salad tastes great & is incredibly good for you! It contains Organic Quinoa, Tomato, Cucumber, Greek Feta, Celery, Onion, Olives and fresh herbs & spices.

SUMMER QUINOA SALAD (V) (GF)
This salad starts with red and black quinoa and has dried cherries, sunflower seeds, celery, onion and fresh herbs. So flavourful, healthy and light, you'll be hooked after the first forkful!
