Slow-braised beef and cabbage stew in a sweet, savoury tomato base, brimming with vegetables.

BEEF N' BARLEY
Beef is braised with herbs, spices, onions and garlic until the meat is fork tender, then it's combined with vegetables, creamy barley and white beans that have been slow cooked in a rich beef stock. 

RATATOUILLE NIÇOISE (V) (GF)
A vegetarian delight! Zucchini, eggplant, sweet peppers, mushrooms and onions simmer in a tomato broth. Delicious as a main course or side dish.

SUNDAY DINNER

A rich caramelized onion stock filled with braised beef, potato, roasted garlic, baby carrots and french beans. 

MY THAI CORN CHOWDER (V) (GF)
Lots of sweet corn, potato, carrots and celery simmered in a Thai coconut broth.
Garnish: Diced peppers and coarsely chopped cilantro. 

EAST OF EATEN (V) (GF)
This vegan dish features chunks of cauliflower, potato, chick peas and other cold weather favourites, simmering in a deliciously fragrant curried broth.

TURKEY WITH ALL THE TRIMMINGS (Trace amount of gluten)
This rich, savoury broth abounds with hearty chunks of turkey, potato, carrots, green beans and garlic. You'll taste a bit of the holidays with every spoonful.

PASTA E FAGIOLI
This Pasta e Fagioli is con carne.  Lean Ground beef and pancetta are sautéed and seasoned with blend of Italian herbs and spices then simmered with beans, onions, carrots and pasta in a rich tomato sauce.  Buon appetito!
