Premium Soups

Some ingredients are harder to find than others, some recipes take longer to prepare.
SHIITAKE HAPPENS  (GF)
Shiitake and wild mushroom soup. So rich and creamy, you won’t believe there’s no cream in it. 

WILD MUSHROOM (V) (GF)

The Vegetarian version of Shiitake Happens
 
ONION SOUP (GF)
Lots of caramelized onions simmering in a deep flavourful beef stock.  
Garnish it with garlic toast and a handful of your favourite cheese blend. 

CHEDDAR ‘N’ BROCCOLI SOUP (V)
Take your cream of broccoli soup with cheddar garnish and turn it inside out. Heat and enjoy.


BUFF CHICK (Trace amount of gluten)
This soup is not for the timid.  Chunks of potato, carrot, celery and shredded chicken are braised in a hot creamy broth. 
 If you like eating buffalo style hot wings -- then this is the soup for you.

SOME LIKE IT HOT AND SOUR (V)
Authentic Chinese Hot and Sour soup. Cloud ears, bamboo shoots, tofu and shiitake mushrooms simmer together in a balanced hot and sour vegetarian broth.  

CHICKEN PICCATA RISOTTO 
(Trace amount of gluten)

Creamy arborio rice is mixed with shallots and portobello mushrooms, then combined with Chicken that has been braised in a piquant lemon broth.

MULLIGATAWNY 
(Trace amount of gluten)

Chicken + rice + sweet 'n' sour + spice = very nice! This Anglo-Indian favourite features roasted chicken in a sweet and sour, creamy rice broth. Combined with the delicate curry, your mouth will tingle and beg for more.
Garnish: Toasted Almonds

GAZPACHO (V) (GF)
A vegetable medley of cucumber, tomato, peppers and celery pureed with herbs and some spicy to give it kick.  Once chilled, little chunks of tomato, cucumber, peppers, onion and avocado are added to give this lovely soup some body.  It's hot and cold all at the same time.
